IT Assistant
Washingtone joined the organization in 2023, bringing a strong commitment to advancing students’ ICT competence and computer literacy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, earned in 2019.
His teaching journey began during his university years, when he volunteered to mentor secondary school students in computer studies, preparing them for their national examinations. He later served as an ICT teacher, providing technical support and guiding students in IT skills and database projects, before joining an international school to teach the IGCSE ICT curriculum. In 2022, Washingtone joined KCA University in the Distance Learning Department, where he provided technical support for the Moodle learning platform.
Currently, he serves as the organization’s Tech Support Specialist, managing its websites, mentoring students in ICT, and building web-app solutions.
