The Ngong Road Children’s Foundation (NRCF) has come a long way. As an organization, we still have more to achieve, but we are proud of how far we have come. This year, we celebrated a major milestone, 19 years of impact with an inspiring evening at Zen Garden. The event brought together sponsors, partners, and friends to reflect on nearly two decades of empowering vulnerable children through education.
The celebration was not only about looking back at our journey but also looking ahead. During the evening, NRCF unveiled its new 5-Year Strategic Plan, which sets out bold goals to expand access to education, enhance career readiness, and strengthen community engagement.
Guests enjoyed heartfelt stories from alumni and beneficiaries whose lives have been transformed by NRCF programs. Their testimonies highlighted the power of education and the importance of continued support.
The event also marked the welcome of three new sponsors to the NRCF family. Their partnership strengthens our growing network of individuals and organizations committed to creating lasting change.
NRCF Director Kevin Thuku expressed deep gratitude to all partners who have walked this journey with us. He also gave special thanks to our long-standing supporters, including Braeburn Schools and Lido Nation, whose unwavering commitment continues to make education accessible for children from Nairobi’s most vulnerable communities.
